Job description:

The Department Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells is looking for

Co-Evaporation of perovskites with a bandgap of 1.52 eV to 1.45 eV

Manufacturing of perovskite single-junction and perovskite/perovskite/silicon triple-junction solar cells

Coordinating development work and experiments in cooperation within HZB and other institutes as well as industrial partners

Publication of the scientific results at international conferences and peer reviewed journals as well as project proposal writing and acquisition of new third party funded projects

Strong knowledge of semiconductor technology and the physics of multi-junction solar cells

Hands-on experience in the fabrication of thin films and perovskite-based multi-junction solar cells

Passion for solar cell research, with a strong commitment to reliability, efficiency, and teamwork

This research center is part of the Helmholtz Association of German Research Centers.
